How Do I Track My Order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Danish Endurance. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.
If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam email folders. Should you still be unable to locate the email, feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Please note that the shipping confirmation email is sent immediately once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Why Can't I Track My Package?
You will be able to track your package once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. At that time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Your order will be dispatched from either our warehouse in Denmark or one of our Amazon warehouses. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information online.
Additionally, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on the next business day.
If your tracking link still isn't functioning after 24-48 hours, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you further.
Why Is My Order Delayed?
At Danish Endurance, we strive to ship our packages as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and prepared for shipment every morning at 8 AM CET. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier.
Carrier delays may occur due to various factors, including global supply chain disruptions, customs procedures, public holidays, limited cargo capacity, and increased global package volumes.
