What is the Danish Endurance Rewards about?

With the Danish Endurance Loyalty Program, you will become part of our team of Endurance-enthusiasts, passionate for sustainably sourced sports and casual apparel. Here you will be able to earn points and redeem them for rewards, from free products on your next purchase and discounts. What do I gain from joining the Rewards programme?

By joining the Rewards programme, you get back 10% of spendings in points that you can use for cash discount or free products, you'll receive exclusive deals as well as tips and training routines from professional athletes.

How do I join Danish Endurance Rewards?

Simply sign up by creating an account on our Loyalty Program page. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email and be logged into our Loyalty Program portal, where you can see your current points and redeem rewards. How can I earn Points?

Once you have joined the Loyalty Program and are logged into the portal, you will be able to verify how many points you have at the moment, how you can earn points, and check what rewards you can redeem your points for. For activities to earn points, such as liking our page on Facebook, there will be a button that will pop up a new window and take you to Facebook or/and Instagram automatically to perform the action and earn points. Upon completing the task, the points will be credited automatically.

How can I redeem my Points for Rewards?

Once you have joined the Loyalty Program and are logged into the portal, click on Redeem Now link. Click on the Redeem button for the rewards you wish to redeem. Click on Apply Code to use the code on your next order. You will also be able to view all redeemed rewards at Rewards section by clicking Your Rewards. All redeemed rewards are valid for 30 days.

How many points do I get per one purchase?

It depends on how much you spend. For every 10 DKK spent (converted every week and approximately 1.3EUR, 1.6USD, 1.2GBP) you receive 1 point. While the conversion rate may change weekly, your received points will remain always remain the same.

What happens if I pay in EUR, GBP, or USD?

Our payment system automatically converts our products in DKK to your desired currency. The same is done with the points. While the currency value can fluctuate with time, your points and the value they represent remain the same, so a purchase done in EUR, GBP or USD has the same value as a purchase done in DKK.

How much off my purchase can I get with 1000 points?

10 redeemed points equals 10 DKK (converted every week and 1.30 EUR, 1.60 USD, 1.20 GBP), so with 1000 points you can get 10 DKK discount for your next purchase. With 100 points – 100 DKK (converted every week and approximately 13 EUR, 16 USD, 12 GBP). You can redeem your points for a value off your purchase in increments of 0.01 points.

How long are my points valid for?

Danish Endurance Rewards points are valid for one year. We will remind you twice so you don't forget.

How long are my rewards valid for?

Rewards are valid for 30 days once redeemed. A reminder email will be sent to you  3 days before the expiry date of the code issued to you.

How can I change my personal details?

If you need to change your personal details, you may do it on Your Account -> Account Details -> View addresses -> Add Address/Edit/Delete. You may add, delete or change address and personal details. If you are having issues changing your personal details on your account, contact us

Is my information secure and is the Loyalty Program GDPR compliant?

Your information and data is processed in the same secure system where we process your purchase, meaning that our website GDPR policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Cookie Policy are the same.

How can I opt-out?

If you really decide to leave, it is very pity and whatever you have in your account, will be lost forever. Though if you made up your mind, you need to contact us here asking to delete your data from our loyalty program.

What is an example for how it works?

A customer purchases 3 pairs of bamboo dress socks for a total of 540DKK (approx 73 EUR, 62 GBP, 76 USD) and earns 54points. Once the customer logs into their account, they can choose to redeem these points for a discount equivalent to 54 DKK (approx 7.3 EUR, 6.2 GBP, 7.6 USD) on their next purchase, or save their points until they have enough to redeem free products.
