AGE RESTRICTIONS

Customers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. If you are under 18, please ensure your parent or guardian has read and agreed to our privacy policy before you register or place an order.

ORDERS

We cannot guarantee that all products displayed are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Due to differences in color settings on devices, product images may vary slightly from actual colors. We are not responsible for such discrepancies.

Payment will be processed once your order has been dispatched.

CONFIRMATION

By agreeing to these terms and confirming your order, you enter into a binding agreement. You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock levels are incorrect. If this happens, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to cancel or modify your order.

PRICES, TAX AND CUSTOMS

All product prices exclude shipping costs but include VAT and import taxes within the EU. Prices are displayed in Euros, Danish Kroner, and other currencies depending on your location.

You must pay in the currency shown. Additional customs duties or local charges may apply based on your location and are your responsibility.

Taxes are included for: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (for orders under 135 GBP).

Taxes and duties are the recipient's responsibility for: Albania, Belarus, Canada, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, the United States, and the United Kingdom (orders over 135 GBP).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price shown during checkout will remain valid for your order.

We are not responsible for any currency exchange differences your bank may apply.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to multiple countries (see full list on our website). Free shipping is offered on orders above certain thresholds. Shipping costs for smaller orders are displayed at checkout and vary based on current exchange rates.

In-stock items ship the next business day and typically arrive within:

1–3 business days in Denmark
1–4 business days in the EU
2–4 business days outside the EU (excluding holidays)

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for all related shipping, customs, and return fees. These will be deducted from your refund.

Some orders may be fulfilled from Amazon warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE

We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in the event of war, natural disaster, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events, relieving us of our obligation to fulfil the agreement.

WARRANTY AND ANTI-HOLE GUARANTEE

All products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering material and workmanship defects. Contact support@danishendurance.com for claims.

We also offer a 1-year anti-hole guarantee on socks and underwear. If your product develops a hole, contact us for a free replacement. This guarantee excludes damage caused by pets or missing socks due to washing machines.

Only original purchases are covered; replacements are not eligible for further guarantees.

PAYMENTS

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, MobilePay, ShopPay, GPay, PayPal, Klarna Pay Later.

We comply with PSD2 regulations and use 3D Secure checkout flows when required. Payment gateways like ShopPay and PayPal automatically use secure authentication when necessary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchanges or refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Use the original shipping box for returns.

Report damaged items within 14 days. Contact customer service before sending any returns. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return. If your payment method has changed, contact your bank to redirect the refund. We do not support alternate refund methods.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is owned by Danish Endurance. You may view and print material for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

COMPETITIONS AND CONTESTS

Employees may not enter. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Winners may be publicly announced. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails.

DISCLAIMER: LIABILITY LIMITATION

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly but are not responsible for temporary outages. We are not liable for any losses from the use of our website.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Cards are redeemable at danishendurance.com and are valid for 12 months. They cannot be returned, resold, exchanged for cash, or used to buy other gift cards. Lost or stolen cards are not the responsibility of Danish Endurance.

We reserve the right to cancel any card used fraudulently. The maximum liability for any gift card issue is limited to the remaining balance.

GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Invalid provisions will not affect the remaining terms.
