Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

ORDERS

Danish Endurance cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.   Due to the color settings of your computer or other device, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the Danish Endurance Webshop can differ from their actual colors. Danish Endurance cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Payment is processed, once the order has been dispatched.  

CONFIRMATION

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on danishendurance.com.

PRICES, TAX AND CUSTOMS

The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the VAT and all import taxes within the EU. Prices are quoted in Euros, Danish Kroners, and more currencies, depending on the currency selection that is pre-selected. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted. Local taxes: please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. Taxes are included for these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (for orders under 135 GBP). We do not take responsibility for import duties and taxes for these countries: Albania, Belarus, Canada, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, United States, the United Kingdom; these are the recipient’s responsibility, and we will suggest you check with your countries customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Price changes: www.danishendurance.com reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the specific process. However, we do take reservations for typing errors. Currencies: Danish Endurance cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may apply or use.  

Orders where the shipping address is in the UK and the value is below 135 GBP will be taxed according to EU regulations and the receiving customer does not need to pay any customs. For any orders where the shipping address is in the UK and the value is equal to or above 135 GBP, the receiving customer will have to pay customs in order to receive the product(s). Danish Endurance does not cover this cost.

We ship to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States. We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 600 DKK | 900 NOK | 900 SEK | 90 USD | 120 CAD | 70 GBP | 80 EUR. Shipping for orders below these prices starts at 49DKK | 70 NOK | 70 SEK | 8 USD | 9 CAD | 6 GBP | 7 EUR and will depend on the current exchange rate. DHL and GLS are our primary couriers, but we may use alternate ground shipping methods. In-stock items will be shipped the following business day and will normally arrive within 5-7 business days or less after being shipped (excludes weekend and holidays). However, International orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery depending on the country. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, import duties, taxes or fees if applicable and the cost of returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.

WARRANTY AND ANTI-HOLE GUARANTEE POLICY

All products from Danish Endurance come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at support@danishendurance.com

Anti-Hole Guarantee Policy

Holes are not within our quality standard. Therefore, we offer our customers a year-long hole-free guarantee in our socks and underwear. In the unlikely case that your socks develop a hole, all you need to do is email support@danishendurance.com or write us through our chat and our colleagues will be happy to help you with a brand-new replacement pack. We work daily to ensure Danish Endurance products count with the best performance and remain hole-free.

Please note the replacement will replace the original order and not a previous replacement during the time of the guarantee.

We will replace items with holes from defects or early signs of wear & tear. It is important to know that DANISH ENDURANCE Anti-Hole Policy will not cover holes caused by sock-loving pets chewing on them (such as dogs) or pairs of socks who have gone missing after entering the washing machine.

PAYMENTS

It is possible to make a purchase on our website with your Debit or Credit Cards as well as shopPay, GPay or PayPal.

3D Secure is currently required for all online stores located in the EU. It adds an authentication step for online payments by redirecting the user to the card issuer’s domain, then back to the online store's domain to complete payment. Online stores in countries under the PSD2 directive require 3D Secure checkout integrations in order to be compliant with the the PSD2 directive. If you're using shopPay, GPay or PayPal Payments as a payment gateway, then you're automatically using a 3D Secure checkout flow. ShopPay, GPay or PayPal Payments is optimized to minimize the use of 3D Secure, and only uses 3D Secure when required by the issuing bank in order for a transaction to be authorized successfully.

COUPONS CODES TERMS

Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum Dollar/Euro/DKK/GBP value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Coupon Codes may be subject to expiration in which case, the coupon code will expire at GMT+1, regardless of the physical time zone/location of the code holder.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer customers to return purchased products for an Exchange or Refund within 14 days of receiving the package*.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the package is shipped.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odour, in their original packaging resalable condition and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted. All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns.
If your product is damaged upon receiving, you are required to reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will advise on how to return the product. Returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team via chat or email (support@danishendurance.com ).
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information for your shipping, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Once the returned product is received by Danish Endurance, the return will be processed for an Exchange or Refund as per your request within 30 days.

Danish Endurance issues refunds only to the original payment method to mitigate fraud risks. If your payment details have changed, we will still have to refund the sum to the bank account you purchased with. It is necessary to contact your bank for the proper handling and redirection of funds. We do not permit alternate refund methods to maintain transaction integrity and prevent chargeback fraud.

COMPETITIONS AND CONTESTS

Employees in Danish Endurance cannot participate in the competition. In cases of disputes about the contest terms, Danish Endurance will do the interpretation.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. All taxes and fees have been paid. 

Danish Endurance reserve the right to announce the name and city of the winner on the media used by Danish Endurance. 

By signing up with their email, participants accept to receive newsletters from Danish Endurance. Participants accept the above when participating in the contest by Danish Endurance. Our Facebook/Instagram contests are in no way supported, sponsored or administrated by Facebook or Instagram. The winners of the competition will be contacted directly by email or private message.

DANISH ENDURANCE GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Danish Endurance Gift Cards are issued by Danish Endurance. These terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) apply to all digital Gift Cards purchased, obtained, redeemed, or used on the Danish Endurance Website worldwide. Your purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Gift Card Terms. REDEMPTION

Gift Cards are redeemable for every purchase online at danishendurance.com. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases.

LIMITATIONS

Gift Cards cannot be returned; resold; cancelled; used to purchase other Gift Cards; used for unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; or redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).

EXPIRATION & FEES

Gift Cards must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the original purchase, and there are no fees associated with our Gift Cards.

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS

If you violate these Gift Card Terms, we suspect or believe that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, or use any Gift Card in a manner that we suspect harmful to Danish Endurance, its affiliates, or its customers, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel, hold, void, or refuse to accept such Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment.

RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or the designated recipient, our delivery to the carrier, or at the time of purchase for in-person transactions, whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from danishendurance.com. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorised use. Danish Endurance will not be responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Danish Endurance is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gift cards are provided on an 'as is' basis. Without limiting the disclaimer of warranties contained in the terms of use and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not represent or warrant that a gift card will always be accessible or accepted. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we and our vendors shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim or liability of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from the gift cards or use of such gift cards. In the event that we are found liable to you and to the fullest extent permissible by law, your sole remedy will be to recover actual and direct damages which shall not exceed the last balance held on your gift card. GENERAL TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Gift Card Terms, at any time without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term and condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.

The Danish Endurance mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by WaterNlife ApS (“WaterNlife ApS”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Danish Endurance’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of WaterNlife ApS through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with WaterNlife ApS. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

If you have subscribed to other WaterNlife ApS mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
