Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Danish Endurance. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.
If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam email folders. Should you still be unable to locate the email, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Please note that the shipping confirmation email is sent immediately once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Why can't I track my package?
You will be able to track your package once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. At that time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Your order will be dispatched from either our warehouse in Denmark or one of our Amazon warehouses. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information online.
Additionally, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on the next business day.
If your tracking link still isn't functioning after 24-48 hours, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist you further.
Why is my order delayed?
At Danish Endurance, we strive to ship our packages as quickly as possible. Orders are packed and prepared for shipment every morning at 8 AM CET. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier.
Carrier delays may occur due to various factors, including global supply chain disruptions, customs procedures, public holidays, limited cargo capacity, and increased global package volumes.
If your tracking link does not update or indicates an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Why haven't I received an order or shipping confirmation?
When you place an order and complete the payment process, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during the checkout process. Similarly, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you haven't received either of these emails, please ensure to check your junk or spam email folder. If the emails do not appear there, please contact our customer service team.
Additionally, if you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at the same email address. When emailing us, please confirm your full name and order number so that we can locate your information in our system and assist you promptly.
Why am I being charged extra for shipping when my order qualifies for free shipping?
To enjoy free shipping, please ensure your order meets the minimum value required after any discounts or promotions are applied.

How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change the address. In such cases, please reach out to us, and we will assist you with the next steps.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 699 DKK, 105 USD, 80 GBP, 95 EUR, 145 CAD, 1100 SEK, and 1120 NOK.
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Europe: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
North America: Canada, United States.
Asia: Israel, Japan, Singapore.
If your country is not listed above, don’t worry! We are continually striving to expand our shipping capabilities. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the expected shipping time?
In-stock items will be shipped the following business day and will normally arrive within 1-2 business days after being shipped in Denmark, 1-4 days in Europe and 2-4 business days outside EU (excludes holidays).
I ordered from another platform (Amazon, Zalando, etc.) — Who should I contact if I have an inquiry?
If you ordered via Amazon, Zalando, or another retailer, please reach out to their customer support directly.
We’re always happy to help, but orders placed outside our website aren’t visible in our system, which means the platform you ordered from is best equipped to assist you quickly.
International Duties and Taxes
Taxes are included for all EU countries. You may face import tax and/or duties if your shipping address is to a country outside the EU, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, United States, and Norway.
In the United Kingdom, you may have to pay tax or duties on orders above £135.
In Norway, you may have to pay taxes or duties on orders above NOK 350.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, import duties, taxes or fees if applicable and the cost of returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund.
Can I exchange my order?
If your product weren't the perfect fit, don't worry—we're here to help!
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, as long as it’s unused and still in its original packaging. To get started with your exchange, please reach out to our customer service team before sending the item back.
For Danish customers:
- Log in to your profile on our website.
- Create a return request by selecting the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Use the prepaid DAO return label, and follow the instructions for shipping.
Exchanges for another product are free of charge, and you can use the prepaid return label for this.
