Return & Refund Policy

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please submit your request via our 14-Day Right of Withdrawal form before the 14-day period expires. You will receive a confirmation by email once your request has been submitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

How to return: Email us at [email protected] and we will issue a return label for you to print. No returns will be accepted without this return label. Returned items must be securely repackaged in an outer carton and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs:

• Denmark: A DAO return label is provided. A fee of DKK 39 is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free.
• All other countries: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or colour only.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
