EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please submit your request via our 14-Day Right of Withdrawal form before the 14-day period expires. You will receive a confirmation by email once your request has been submitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Returns and exchanges

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

1. Go to our returns portal
2. Select the item(s) you want to return
3. Follow the instructions after submitting your request

You’ll receive a DAO return label by email within 1 business day. No printer? You’ll also get a code you can give at the DAO parcel shop instead.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll refund the amount, minus a return fee of 39 kr.

Want a different size or colour?

1. Place a new order for the same product in the size or colour you want.
2. Return the original item via our returns portal.
3. Email our customer service at [email protected] with both order numbers.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the original order. For exchanges, you don’t pay the 39 kr. return fee. If you paid a different price for the new order, we’ll also refund the difference.

Please note: you’ll pay for the new order before you receive the refund for the original one.

Exchanges only apply to the same product in a different size or colour.

Before you send your return

• Items must be unused and in their original brown product packaging.
• Multipacks must be returned complete. We can’t accept part of a pack (e.g. 4 out of 6 pairs).
• Don’t put tape, labels or markings directly on the original product packaging. Use an outer bag or box for the return label.
