At DANISH ENDURANCE, we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards. That is why we offer our customers a one-year hole-free guarantee on our socks and underwear. If a pair develops a hole due to a manufacturing defect within one year of your order, contact us via the contact form below, our chat, or [email protected] and we'll send a free replacement pack.

We work tirelessly to ensure that all our products deliver top performance and remain hole-free. Our replacement policy reflects our commitment to excellence and your satisfaction.

How to claim:
To request a replacement, please provide:

• Your order number
• A photo of the hole

We'll review your claim and, once approved, send your replacement.

Policy Details:

• Covers socks and underwear.
• The guarantee covers holes caused by a manufacturing defect - for example, a seam or knit fault present from the start, not ordinary wear over time.
• Claims must be made within one year of the original order date.
• The replacement covers the original order only, not a previous replacement issued under this guarantee.

Exclusions: Our Anti-Hole Guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect care - for example, tumble drying, high heat, or fabric softener where our Care & Repair instructions advise against it.
• Damage caused by pets.
• Accidental damage, such as snagging or cuts.
• Normal wear and tear that develops gradually over time rather than early on.
• Socks that have mysteriously disappeared after being placed in the washing machine.
