What is your return policy?

If you need to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your package.

All customers must create a Return Request before sending items back.

If you cannot create a request online or if the item is damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@danishendurance.com.
We’ll guide you through the steps as quickly as possible.


Return process:

For customers in Denmark:
You will receive a DAO return label within 24 business hours. A return shipping fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for the same product (different size or color) are free of charge.



For all other customers:
You will receive an email with return instructions within 24 business hours, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

What items are ineligible for return?

We accept returns for most items. However, there are a few exceptions that we want to make sure you’re aware of.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and still in its original packaging. This ensures that we can process your return smoothly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any items that show signs of use.

How do I return a product?

Orders placed from November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 are returnable until January 31, 2026.

Why haven't I received my return label?

First, please check to see if your return request has been processed. If it has, and you still haven’t received the label, check your email’s junk or spam folder—sometimes things end up there by mistake.

Please note that it can take up to 24 business hours after your return request before you get the lable.

Have you received my return?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation to let you know. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your location and the return shipping method used.

For Returns from Within the EU:

If you’re returning an item from within the EU, please allow up to 14 business days from the date of shipment for us to receive and process your return.

For Returns from Outside the EU:

For returns shipped from outside the EU, processing may take up to 20 business days due to international shipping and customs procedures.

For Returns Processed Through Amazon Logistics:

If your order was fulfilled via Amazon Logistics, returns are typically processed more quickly, often within 1-3 business days after we receive them. However, depending on your location and shipping method, it may still take up to 7 business days.
