Policy Details:

• The replacement will cover the original order and not a previous replacement during the guarantee period.

• The policy applies to holes resulting from defects or early signs of wear and tear.

Exclusions: Our Anti-Hole Guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by pets chewing on socks or underwear.

• Socks that have mysteriously disappeared after being placed in the washing machine.
