Where do you ship to?

We ship to Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

What are my shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 500DKK | £60 | $80 | €70. Shipping for orders below these prices starts at 7 EUR / 49 DKK and will depend on the current exchange rate.

How is my order shipped?

DHL is our primary courier, but we may use alternate ground shipping methods.

How long will the shipping take?

We ship worldwide. However, International orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery depending on the country due to COVID-19 restrictions. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, import duties, taxes or fees if applicable and the cost of returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund.

Are the taxes included?

Taxes are included for these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (for orders under 135 GBP).

We do not take responsibility for import duties and taxes for these countries: Albania, Belarus, Canada, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, United States, the United Kingdom; these are the recipient’s responsibility, and we will suggest you check with your countries customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Is expedited shipping available?

We currently don't offer fast shipping as an option on our website, but if you have a very urgent request, you can contact us at support@danishendurance.com. The costs for expedited shipping via UPS will have to be covered by the customer.

COVID-19 Pandemic

International items may be subject to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).

How can I find out about discounts and sales promotions?

How do I apply a discount to my order?

Click on your cart. At the right side of the page, there is a space for you to insert a coupon code, enter your code and click"apply coupon".

Can more than one discount be used at once?

No, only one discount code can be used at a time. However, most discount codes can be applied to items that are on sale.

How long are discount codes valid?

It depends on the discount code itself. Usually, when you receive a discount code from us, you will also find information on the validity. The 10% discount code that you receive for your newsletter signup is valid 48 hours.

My discount code does not work. What can I do?

If your discount code cannot be applied to your order it is possible that the code has already expired. If that is not the case, please contact us at support@danishendurance.com

Returns and Damages

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact support@danishendurance.com. Returns must be authorized in advance by email. You may need to cover the return costs.
Returned items should be packaged securely in an outer carton, as well as original packaging, and must include a copy of your invoice and return authorization number.

My order is damaged or faulty. What do I do?

If you experience that the items you have ordered are damaged or faulty, please contact support@danishendurance.com.

How long after my purchase can I make a return?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please retain the tracking information for your shipping, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages which are lost in transit.

Are exchanges offered?

If you need a different size of the product, we can exchange the product for the correct size if it is unused and in original packaging. The cost for the return package may have to be covered by the customer. For this, please contact us at support@danishendurance.com before returning the item to our warehouse.

There is a hole in my sock. What can I do?

We are more than happy to replace your product(s) if you experience any holes or damages. In general, we believe that our products are of high quality and you should have the best premium socks, underwear and sports gear. Therefore, we would be happy to replace your item if it does not live up to that quality standard. Please write to support@danishendurance.com about your issue and provide us with photos of the defective item. We will be happy to help you.

How long does it take until my refund will be processed?

If you requested a refund via support@danishendurance.com and your request has been accepted by us, it usually only takes around 3-5 business days until the refund is back on your bank account. In rare cases it might take longer because of international bank transfers.

Are the socks unisex?

Yes, all our socks are unisex.

Where do I find indications about sizes?

You can always find a size chart on every product page.

Do you have children socks?

Yes, we have a specific section for children hiking socks. You can check it out here: KIDS

Where are your products produced?

Our socks production facilities are locating in Europe. The rest of our products are manufactured in Asia. If you have a question about the specific product, feel free to contact us. We always make sure to work with trusted partners that ensure the right working conditions.

Are your products OEKO-TEX certified?

All the materials of our socks, sleeves, and underwear are OEKO-TEX certified to secure that our socks are free from harmful substances. 

Do you work with any certifications on materials?

Yes, we have OEKO-TEX, GRS certificates, and please look at the product page for further certifications, as it depends on the products.  

Are your products Mulesing free?

All our Merino Socks are Mulesing Free. All the wool we use is guaranteed Mulesing Free by our yarn suppliers.
