We ship to Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 600 DKK | 900 NOK | 900 SEK | 90 USD | 120 CAD | 70 GBP | 80 EUR. Shipping for orders below these prices starts at 49DKK | 70 NOK | 70 SEK | 8 USD | 9 CAD | 6 GBP | 7 EUR and will depend on the current exchange rate.

DHL is our primary courier, but we may use alternate ground shipping methods.

We ship worldwide. Delivery is within 5-7 business days in EU and 10-15 business days outside EU. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, import duties, taxes or fees if applicable and the cost of returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund. Please note that some orders are fulfilled from Amazon warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

Taxes are included for these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (for orders under 135 GBP).

We do not take responsibility for import duties and taxes for these countries: Albania, Belarus, Canada, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Iceland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, United States, the United Kingdom; these are the recipient’s responsibility, and we will suggest you check with your countries customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

We currently don't offer fast shipping as an option on our website, but if you have a very urgent request, you can contact us at support@danishendurance.com. The costs for expedited shipping via UPS will have to be covered by the customer.

No, only one discount code can be used at a time. However, most discount codes can be applied to items that are on sale.

It depends on the discount code itself. Usually, when you receive a discount code from us, you will also find information on the validity. The 10% discount code that you receive for your newsletter signup is valid 48 hours.

If your discount code cannot be applied to your order it is possible that the code has already expired. If that is not the case, please contact us at support@danishendurance.com

Returns and Damages

A:

If you wish to return your order, please contact support@danishendurance.com. Returns must be authorized in advance by email. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items should be packaged securely in an outer carton, as well as original packaging, and must include a copy of your invoice.

If you experience that the items you have ordered are damaged or faulty, please contact support@danishendurance.com.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the package.

If you need a different size of the product, we can exchange the product for the correct size if it is unused and in original packaging. The cost for the return package may have to be covered by the customer. For this, please contact us at support@danishendurance.com before returning the item to our warehouse.

No problem, we will send you a replacement for free. If you have any questions or issues, our customer service is always happy to help you. Please write to support@danishendurance.com about your issue and provide us with photos of the defective item.

If you requested a refund via support@danishendurance.com and your request has been accepted by us, it usually only takes around 3-5 business days until the refund is back on your bank account. In rare cases it might take longer because of international bank transfers.

Danish Endurance issues refunds only to the original payment method to mitigate fraud risks. If your payment details have changed, we will still have to refund the sum to the bank account you purchased with. It is necessary to contact your bank for the proper handling and redirection of funds. We do not permit alternate refund methods to maintain transaction integrity and prevent chargeback fraud.

Our socks production facilities are locating in Europe. The rest of our products are manufactured in Asia. If you have a question about the specific product, feel free to contact us. We always make sure to work with trusted partners that ensure the right working conditions.

All the materials of our socks, sleeves, and underwear are OEKO-TEX certified to secure that our socks are free from harmful substances.

Yes, we have OEKO-TEX, GRS certificates, and please look at the product page for further certifications, as it depends on the products.

All our Merino Socks are Mulesing Free. All the wool we use is guaranteed Mulesing Free by our yarn suppliers.
