• North America: Canada, United States.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders exceeding these thresholds:

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are as follows:

• 49 DKK (Denmark) l 70 NOK (Norway) l 70 SEK (Sweden) l 8 USD (United States) l 9 CAD (Canada) l 6 GBP (United Kingdom) l 7 EUR (European Union)

Taxes and Duties

• Taxes are included for all EU countries.

• Orders shipped to non-EU countries (e.g., the UK, US, Norway) may incur import taxes or duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • United Kingdom: Tax or duties may apply on orders above £135.

  • Norway: Tax or duties may apply on orders above NOK 350.

• If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and any fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning the item(s). These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary couriers are DHL and GLS. However, we may occasionally use alternate ground shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@danishendurance.com for assistance. The shipping confirmation email is sent immediately upon dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping Times

• In-stock items are shipped the next business day.

• Delivery Times:

  • Within the EU: 1-3 business days

  • Outside the EU: 10-15 business days

Please note that some orders may be fulfilled from Amazon warehouses to expedite delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. To start the return process, please contact us at support@danishendurance.com for return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for Danish Customers

We offer a simplified return process for Danish customers using DAO return labels. A return shipping fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for another product are free of charge, and you can use the prepaid DAO return label for this purpose.

To make a return or exchange:

1. Log in to your profile on our website.

2. Create a return request by selecting the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

3. Use the prepaid DAO return label and follow the shipping instructions.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

We strive to reduce waste throughout our supply chain, from production to packaging. This includes using minimal and recyclable packaging materials to lessen our environmental impact.
